My Selection for Jordan's 30 influential people 2008

Jordan Business Magazine is yet aiming to identify the 30 most influential people in Jordan (apart from the Royal Family) and for this purpose have designed a good voting system. The results should apear in the July edition.
Here is my own list of the most influential 30 persons. The list should be divided by three categories, with 10 names in each. In my humble opinion, the second category of business can include 15 persons with only 5 in the third "influential" category
I have to make it clear that this list does not represent my "favourites list" but rather the actual, unfortunate balance of powers in the country!

Politics:
Abdel Raouf Rawabdeh
Abdel Hadi Majali
Abdul Karim Doghmi
Akel Beltaji (should be in business)
Basem Awadallah
Humam Said
Khalil Attiyah
Nader Dhahabi
Omar Maani (should be in business)
Zaid Rifai

Business:

Abdel hamid Shoman
Akram Abu Hamdan
Elia Nuqul
Fadi Ghandour
Haidar Murad
Hamdi Tabba'
Hosni Abu Gheida
Mufleh Akel
Samir Rifai
Ziad Al Manasir

Influential:

Ahmad Obeidat
Fahed Fanek
Imad Hajjaj
Khaled Toukan
Leith Shbeilat
Mohamad Al Wakeel
Saleh Armouti
Samir Hiyari
Sultan Edwan
Waddah Khanfar

A reflection of a male chauvinist society. I really feel bad about almost 25 names out of the 30 I selected, but this is our "real influential list".

With all due respect Mr. Wardam, I think your list is flawed. The reason is that only contain names that are well known and are in the news ever day. the real influential people, those that really decide what goes on, shy from publicity as much as possible!

Hareega and the guy with an attitude with his name; this list is derived from what Jordan Business has produced. So basically Ouedi was not on the list and the other shy and happy people were not there also!!

I would've included Mohammed Alayon (I'm probably butchering the spelling, sorry)
